Program tells me I have an incorrect License Code (C44W-36TD-TA9W-ET47-26WD-R4T9-CFUT-4RD6). |

                            Today is the first time I'm using the program which I purchased 12/2016 and is   the first time I'm having the problem. I'm using  an HP Laptop. I've scanned my computer and trying to "clean" it.  When I click on "clean" program says to enter my License Code, which I did.  It then tells me to "enter a correct code number".  What am I doing wrong?
