Could you please check the following:

1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet before you activate your product. The program also requires unrestricted Internet access to complete the activation process, please disable your firewall (Internet Security) program temporarily until the activation is complete.

2. If you entered the license key incorrectly, it does not work. Please copy (Ctrl + c) and Paste (Ctrl + v) the key directly from this email into the field on the product.

3. If you copy or leave a space at the beginning or end of the license key, the key becomes invalid.

4. Confirm that you are activating the correct product. All our products require different activation codes.
