First amount was taken out on 7/6/2018 and next two 11/6/2018.

Hi Brian,

I can confirm that the license buying/renewal only requires a single payment.

It is possible that you inadvertently renewed your license twice or purchased a new license, in which case the support team can cancel and refund the additional payment.
