Hi Farida,

It is possible that your screen resolution went back to its minimum (default) setting.

Here's how you can fix it:

1. Right-click on an empty area on your desktop

2. Select one of these: Properties/Graphic Properties/Screen Resolution

3. Move the slider or change the Screen Resolution to the right size (that works well with your screen)

4. Click on OK to apply the setting

You can also go to:

Control Panel - Appearance and Personalization - Display

and change the size of items like desktop icons and windows.

These two steps should restore your screen setup back to normal.

As for Driver Reviver, please send in your support request using the form below:

Good luck,

Hi Farida,

To change your screen resolution follow the below steps:
  1. Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
  2. Click the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.
  3. Click Keep to use the new resolution, or click Revert to go back to the previous resolution.

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
