Hi Roy,
I am sorry to hear about your health.
Let me assure you that there is no need to cancel your account. Your license will remain active until its expiry date. We also do not do auto renewals for any of our products.
When you're ready to use your computer again, simply contact our support team at support@reviversoft.com and they will be happy to help you reinstall and reactivate the product on your computer.

All the products of Reviversoft are easy to use and helps you to keep your PC up to date and secure.
If you still don't want to use the services, I think you don't need to cancel your subscription as your license will remain active until its expiry date and it will not get auto renewed after that.
But if are referring for a refund of money for your bought product, you can contact the support team at the below link:
