First of all, i scanned with driver reviver and it found 2 devices that were needed of update.
So i updated, installed and restarted as it said.
After that, i had no audio, i want to go to volume control and it says the mixer problem.
I went to run sevices ect and checked the properties, all were as it should.
Also when i press the HP upper buttons (that are blue) and try to regulate the volume, it doesnt increase or decrease it, aswell as other buttons not working.

Hi Furry,

The first thing you should try out is checking for HP updates. You can do it by simply following the below steps:
  1. Click My devices on the top of the HP Support Assistant window, then click Updates in the My PC box.
  2. If HP Support Assistant detects updates, the updates display in the Updates available window. To check for recent updates, click Check for updates and messages. If HP Support Assistant finds updates, they display in the Updates available window.
  3. Updates available window
To delete an update, click next to the update.
To install the update now, click the Install now icon () next to the update.

Fix 2: Try using the Windows troubleshooter.
  1. Move the mouse pointer to the lower left corner of the screen, right-click, and select Control Panel from the menu.
  2. Under System and Security click Find and fix problems.
  3. Click Hardware and Sound.
Image of the Troubleshooting screen in Win 8 with Hardware and Sound highlighted.

Fix 3: Try updating the audio driver.

  1. Move the mouse pointer to the lower left corner of the screen, right-click, select Device Manager from the menu.
  2. Double-click Sound, video and game controllers.
  3. Right-click the name of the audio device and select Properties.
Image of Device Manager, audio device properties
  4. Click the Driver tab. Click Roll Back Driver.
  5. Click Yes to roll back to the previous driver.
I hope this helps in fixing the issue.
