He has been playing this game for a long time and today is the first time that this message popped up.

Hi Gloria,

Irrespective of what the browser says, I would recommend downloading and installing the latest Adobe Flash Player plugin for Internet Explorer. The latest flash games and apps often require the latest version of Flash to run well.

Here\'s what you need to do:

- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- Make sure the page detects your Windows OS and Browser correctly
- Download and install the latest flash player
- Restart Internet Explorer
- Try playing the game

It wont let me install at all. It tells me that the update is not compatible with my computer.

Hi Gloria, Try this download instead: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Be sure to select the correct OS and version before you download the latest update. Also, you need to close/exit Internet Explorer before you install the update. Please also let us know if the update works for other browsers in your computer. If you don\'t have any, give Google Chrome a try. You might like it better than IE. James

Driver Reviver is not allowing me to register the product. It says I have already registered the product on another computer. Which I have not. I uninstalled Driver Reviver on my PC and reinstalled, the same message came up. I have also used CTRL
I have had Driver Reviver since Jan 2013 and it just started giving me this error message today on October 6th, 2013.
