                            Windows 8 is working fine, but it won't upgrade to Windows 8.1.                         Operating System:

                                The Windows 8.1 update is available from the Windows \'Store\' app on the Start Screen. When you open the Store you should see the Windows 8.1 update as a featured option within the Store. Open that and just follow the prompts.             I have in the store, however, the picture of the 8.1 update to be I can not install it because I always get the message that I must be logged in as an administrator. I am the only person using this laptop and stand as administrator. what should I do
