isee systems iThink

Formerly known as High Performance Systems, isee systems developed iThink as a business tool used in mapping out and outlining the user's thoughts and also used in simulating cause-and-effect situations in a commercial setting. One way of using this tool is to improve individual views of a certain problem and organizing several ideas into a creative solution. This tool is also used in organizational development, financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. The software has versions that run on Windows and Macintosh operating systems. For Windows 7/XP/Vista users, their computer must have at least 256 MB RAM, 200 MB of disk space, and a QuickTime player before they install iThink. For users of MAC OS 10.5 or higher, their Intel-based laptop or desktop must have a minimum of 256 MB memory, at least 200 MB of drive space, and QuickTime to run iThink smoothly.

a word of warning

Be careful not to rename the extension on .itm files, or any other files. This will not change the file type. Only special conversion software can change a file from one file type to another.

what is a file extension?

A file extension is the set of three or four characters at the end of a filename; in this case, .itm. File extensions tell you what type of file it is, and tell Windows what programs can open it. Windows often associates a default program to each file extension, so that when you double-click the file, the program launches automatically. When that program is no longer on your PC, you can sometimes get an error when you try to open the associated file.
