Toad Data Modeler is a tool that was developed by Charonware and was later on acquired by Quest Software Inc. which allows its users to create, document as well as maintain database systems and all of these things are being done virtually. It has the capability of giving permissions to its users in drawing universal, physical and logical ERD more commonly known as Entity Relationship Diagrams.
